Our story
Our journey started over 20 years ago when Andrew and Stephanie crossed paths at a client viewing, sparking a professional chemistry that would define our story. Both ardent property enthusiasts with a sharp eye for detail, they quickly earned respect within the industry.
Shortly after, and straight out of university, Laura joined Andrew’s team, directing high-end property sales in and around Yorkshire. Andrew then moved to London in 2008, where he gained invaluable experience, built an exceptional reputation and cultivated an extensive client base in the London market.
The trio’s paths continued to cross and in 2023 they felt the time was right to combine their skills and launch a new agency based in both Yorkshire and London; one that fused expertise from diverse property sectors whilst offering a broad spectrum of complimentary services.
